Health first – bbin体育官网 students place in top ten at national health professionals competition
Lake Washington School District students have a lot to be proud of. These students recently traveled to Nashville, Tenn. for the HOSA – Future Health Professionals International Leadership Conference and finished in the top ten. Students from all over the world participate in competitive events, educational seminars, networking and more during the four-day conference.
According to its website, the HOSA Annual International Leadership Conference is a global student-led platform. Its mission is to empower HOSA-Future Health Professionals to become leaders in the global health community, through education, collaboration and experience. It actively promotes career opportunities in the health industry and enhances the delivery of quality health care to all people.
Several students from Eastlake High School, International Community School, Juanita High School, Lake Washington High School, Redmond High School, Tesla STEM High School and WANIC competed at the state level and qualified for nationals.
